Government sponsored On-the-Job training programs are cooperative programs between the Department of Veterans Affairs and local employers
The OJT Programs allow service members to utilize their veteran education benefits over a defined period of time in conjunction with beginning a new career.
This supplemental program allows veteran to start a new entry level career while receiving additional pay to ease their transition. As your normal civilian pay increases, your veteran benefit pay decreases.
Here, at Military Transition, we have developed a custom platform to allow you to evaluate these opportunities.
